Little Zoe is a very active member of the class. However, she has a habit of eating the school supplies as we discovered yesterday when she was caught eating paste. We would encourage for this behaviour to be monitored as quite a few of our school crayons have gone missing recently. Little Zoe enjoys playtime but there have been occasions where she has had to be punished for scaring the other children, in particular, Little Shyam. She appears to be very competitive as we observed her challenging some of the other children to fights and arm wrestles. We had to break up her mercy fight with Little Angus last week as we feel this is inappropriate behaviour for a young girl such as herself.
Little John is an interesting little boy. He is an active child and plays football with the others but for some reason will not play with the others in the sandpit. His excuse is that it gets in his nails. However, he does not mind when it gets in his hair as apparently it makes him look blond. In fact, this particular fascination has lead to him trying to paint his hair with school paint, which did work for a short amount of time until it rained one day when out at playtime. It was hard to console him after that incident. At break time, he collects the tin foil wrappers from everyone and last week, the staff discovered that this was in order to make himself a mirror. Little John is a delight to teach but the staff would be more than happy if he stopped making animal noises when in class.
Little Sophie’s charm appears to have some of the staff becoming lenient in their disciplining and she has a knack of getting off the hook when she gets into trouble. We feel that Little Sophie would benefit from some counselling as staffs were concerned when she gave the school Barbie a makeover so terrifying that it made several of the other children, including Little Richard and Little Shyam, burst into tears. Another concern is the fact that she seems to know a lot of vulgar words for such a young age and we would ask her not to keep repeating the f-word whenever we serve pastrami for lunch.
